Jardin De Los Monos - Matapalo (Puntarenas)

Had an amazing 3-night stay! The breakfasts were wonderful, and the monkeys around the property were a delight. The beach was beautiful but could get crowded at times.

I was there for 2 nights and will be back. Really enjoyed staying at the deluxe king room with delicious smelling soap, beautiful gardens leading up to the house plus good bed. Most of the staffs were super-friendly. Its location so close to Slipstream Sculpture was beautiful and fantastic.

The staff is superfriendly, the breakfast plentiful, the location is incredible near rainforest as well as the nature & a lovely garden. I recommend this venue and would like to come again...

The breakfasts were beautifully presented, and we loved relaxing with soothing views of the garden. The outdoor seating area reminded me of a cozy second room. Witnessing capuchin monkeys was a good surprise!

The hotel with nicely decorated and brand-new rooms, in a wonderful area, to a beautiful national park. Overall a very very good stay for a real value vacation. The rooms with nice front patio, beautiful gardens leading up to the house. Lots of fantastic food for meals. The staff was amicable, the location was beautiful.

The room we stayed in was reasonably spacious with air conditioning. A fridge and glassware were provided. The staff was lovely, nothing too much trouble.

I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room and it was super comfy! The beds were amazing, and the spacious layout. Plus, we had our own patio overlooking the pretty garden. The bathroom was modern and had a great shower with plenty of hot water. Only downside? I wish I could have spent more time relaxing there!

The room was spacious and clean, and waking up to a garden with monkeys was a highlight. Breakfast was delicious, and the beach was just a short walk away. Lettika was super attentive. I can't wait to come back 🌴

Beautiful haven to unwind by the tranquil pool and scenic gardens.

The hosts really went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. We enjoyed the beach, and trying out surf lessons at Playa Matapalo was a highlight. Plus, we got to see monkeys in the backyard and enjoyed fantastic breakfasts every morning!

It was unfortunate that the weather wasn't always on our side, with a couple of rainy days , which limited our outdoor plans.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay with our kids, enjoying the fine room with a beautiful view of the garden. The mornings were made special by the monkeys in the trees while we savored the delicious breakfast. The beach nearby was perfect for our first lesson in surfing!

My kids wished for more activities tailored to their age group.

The staff here are really cool, and the breakfast is delicious! the location is fantastic, just about a 40-minute drive away, and the beach is clean. 🌊.

Staying for 4 nights in the Beautiful Double Room offered a peaceful retreat with a beautiful location just a short walk from a fine beach. The patio outside our room was perfect, while the pool's deep end provided a refreshing escape. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious offerings, though the noise from nearby activities occasionally disrupted the tranquil environment. Monkeys spotted in the garden were a good surprise!
